The primary objective of this research is to extract and elucidate strategies of transcendental governance to counter the threats and conspiracies of enemies in the current complex climate, through a content analysis of Letter 62 of Nahj al-Balagha. This study, conducted using a descriptive-analytical method, reveals that transcendental governance in the intellectual framework of Imam Ali (AS) is based on four fundamental and interconnected pillars. The first pillar is "Ideological and Value-Based," emphasizing the strengthening of faith, adherence to guardianship (*wilayah*), and societal resilience under pressure. The second pillar is "Cognitive and Perspectival," which involves the precise identification of the enemy, analysis of their objectives and tactics, delineating clear boundaries, and providing scholarly responses to doubts. The third pillar is "Operational and Social," encompassing public mobilization, preservation of internal unity and cohesion, and a decisive, uncompromising struggle against corruption at all levels. Finally, the "Motivational" pillar focuses on strengthening the spirit of courage, perseverance, and active hope within the society, based on divine promises. The overall conclusion of the research indicates that transcendental governance represents a "populist," "cohesive," and "hope-inspiring" model of governance. By leveraging these integrated and systematic strategies, it can sustainably ensure national security and safeguard society against the most intricate plots and subversions of its enemies.
