The main objective of this paper is to elucidate the dimensions and components of desirable Islamic governance and to provide a conceptual framework for its implementation in the cyberspace of the Islamic Republic of Iran. he central research question of this study is: How can Islamic governance, utilizing its specific indicators and approaches, be implemented efficiently and satisfactorily in cyberspace? The research methodology is based on documentary and comparative analysis. By reviewing scientific sources, international documents, and domestic studies, the key indicators of desirable Islamic governance were identified and compared with other governance models. The findings of the study indicate that indicators such as justice, spirituality, human dignity, transparency, participation, and adherence to Islamic values and rulings differ fundamentally from Western governance models. Achieving these indicators in cyberspace requires redefining policies and structures based on Iran’s religious and cultural foundations. Ultimately, this paper provides practical recommendations and a localized framework, paving the way for efficient policymaking aligned with the country’s cultural and religious identity in cyberspace governance and contributing to the advancement of the scientific literature in this field. در عصر تحولات گسترده فناوری دیجیتال، حکمرانی فضای مجازی به یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های دولت‌ها و جوامع بدل شده است. این مقاله با هدف تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های حکمرانی اسلامی مطلوب و ارائه چارچوبی مفهومی برای پیاده‌سازی آن در فضای مجازی جمهوری اسلامی ایران نگاشته شده است. سؤال اصلی پژوهش آن است که چگونه می‌توان حکمرانی اسلامی مطلوب را با شاخص‌ها و رویکردهای اختصاصی خود به‌صورت کارآمد و رضایت‌بخش در حکمرانی فضای مجازی به کار بست؟ روش تحقیق مبتنی بر تحلیل اسنادی و تطبیقی است و با بررسی منابع علمی، اسناد بین‌المللی و پژوهش‌های داخلی، شاخص‌های کلیدی حکمرانی مطلوب و اسلامی استخراج و تطبیق داده شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عدالت، معنویت، کرامت انسانی، شفافیت، مشارکت و التزام به ارزش‌ها و احکام اسلامی، شاخص‌هایی متمایزکننده نسبت به مدل‌های غربی هستند و تحقق آن‌ها در فضای مجازی مستلزم بازتعریف سیاست‌ها و ساختارها بر اساس مبانی دینی و فرهنگی ایران است. این پژوهش با ارائه راهکارهای عملی و چارچوبی بومی، زمینه سیاست‌گذاری کارآمد و متناسب با هویت فرهنگی-دینی ایران را در حوزه حکمرانی فضای مجازی فراهم می‌کند و می‌تواند به توسعه ادبیات علمی این حوزه یاری رساند. https://aeinehokmrani.iict.ac.ir/article_726633_0ab14771b9e16304fbb84e152677bf19.pdf
